Neil Duncan is an experienced operational leader, Business Adviser and Fractional Director.

His career has included senior leadership responsibility across private companies and public-sector organisations, together with extensive experience of operational transformation, restructuring, business improvement and leadership.

Neil’s experience spans operational environments including waste and recycling, environmental services, transport and logistics, fleet, rail, industrial services and local government.

He has managed large operational teams, significant budgets, complex service environments and major programmes of organisational change.
